This is the air with variations from Handel's fifth suite for harpsichord. No one seems to really know why it is referred to as "The Harmonious Blacksmith", but it's quite a pleasant title, and it has certainly stuck (although probably having no connection with Handel himself...) This was done in Finale, which is the most sophisticated score package I've used.
The music is in the form of a GIF graphic, so you don't need any special software for it - just save the image below to your hard-disk and print it later with any graphics package (or you can even print the music directly from your browser - just right-click on the music image and select 'View Image' from the pop-up menu so you're looking at just the music itself without the rest of the page, then select 'Print' from your browser's File menu - then hit the 'Back' button in your browser to return to the page).
